Account deletion
You can permanently delete your Hesapyap account and related personal data at any time from within the app.
How do I delete it?
- Sign in to your account on the Hesapyap website or mobile app.
- Open Profile > Security.
- Tap "Delete my account" and review the data to be deleted.
- Enter your password (if you signed in with a social account, having signed in recently is enough) and type the confirmation word.
What data is deleted?
- Your account, sessions, linked social accounts, notes, tasks and all files you uploaded are deleted.
- If you are the only member of a family, the family and its finance data are deleted; if there are other members, records are handed over to the family administrator.
- If you are the only member of a community fund, the fund is deleted; otherwise ownership is handed over and past payment records remain as the fund's accounting (your name is no longer shown).
- Deletion cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app, contact us to have your account deleted.
